Shipping, Delivery and COD

Shipping:
We use Delhivery, Blue Dart, SmartR and at times DTDC to deliver our shipments. Tracking numbers will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.

Delivery:
Shipments will be delivered within 2 to 6 days depending on the destination.

COD:
For COD, in order to cater genuine customers we have laid down a COD policy where the customer will have to pay first Rs. 150 as an order confirmation charges and rest amount you may pay at the time of the delivery.

Due to huge number of return shipments and abrupt cancellation of the orders, we have to impliment this step.

Return Policy

There is no return policy, however we do exchange the product in case it doesnt suits you or if you have received an incorrect product.
Once you have returned the product we shall resend you the shipment.
Any open / tamperred bottle will not be accepted.

The return charges has to be borne by the buyer.

Tracking number and the links will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.

Privacy Policy

We have a clear privacy policy and we are open to our clients.
Our main motive is customer satisfaction.

Refund Policy

We ensure that the packaging done is up to the mark to withstand the rigors of air / road transportation. We will refund/ replace the buyer in case the shipment is lost in transit by the carrier of the shipment.
However, we do not cover for any damaged delivery of the products as our deliveries are subject to external factors like Customs, Airline transportation, postal network, etc.
No claim will be settled if the shipment remains undelivered due to insufficient address or the buyer is unavailable at the time of delivery. Buyer may contact the the local delivery centre to know more about their shipment.
